I am an experienced developer-cum-humanitarian professional equip with a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and sound knowledge of international development and humanitarian sector along with expertise in capacity building, knowledge management, field coordination and management, program budgeting and planning, project planning, disaster risk reduction and management, volunteers management. I have eight years of hands-on experience of working in public private partnership with renowned INGOs, grass-roots organizations and government line-departments in themes and geographical areas of Disaster Risk Management, Capacity Building, livelihood, Community Based Physical Infrastructure Development, WASH, Community Mobilization and Vocational Training and Development in Sindh, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Baluchistan province of Pakistan.
Besides this I have hands-on experience of developing and implement the disaster risk reduction and management programs in four projects in Pakistan funded by the Royal Norwegian Embassy (RNE), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in the collaboration with National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Canadian Community Society and Silver Jubilee Development Agency (SJDA). I have had the privilege to train more than 8000 volunteers include government officials and community members across Pakistan.

- Oversight of team to ensure successful identification and implementation of the project deliverables.
- Develop and present reports with focus on strategic intervention with-in budget parameters.
- Design and schedule overall work plan for effective delivery till completion of the project.
- Engage in the development of new initiatives that include designing work plan of the project; proposal, and signing of contract with relevant parties involved.
- Ensure effective monitoring tools are implemented and propose key outcomes over evaluation of the project.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to build and sustain professional relationship.

- Review implementation and performance to evaluate progress on work plans and budgets.
- Develop a coordinated work plan and integrated training program for partners and beneficiaries including Karachi colleges and universities.
- Plan Civil Leadership Training Workshop, Advanced Leadership Training and City Peace Dialogues for youth participants, their parents, family members, community elders, peers and other civil society stakeholders.
- Plan trainings, workshop, and dialogues for Karachi youth, parliamentarians, media, community leaders, peers and other civil society stakeholders.
- Facilitate the completion of Baseline and Research process for the project.
- Lead administrative and logistics functions of the SFCG Karachi office.
